Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

I believe a scammer tag should be in order, otherwise we will be seeing this on a daily basis with these preorders.  OP, you ran an auction and are obligated to sell to the highest bidder.

This is how it should be - but because there is no retaliation against the ones that abuse these subforums, we will just have to accept that the auctions here are just bad jokes 90% of the time.
