First rule is:   I only escrow real goods.

Second rule is:   Two payments first is the fee second is the amount.

Third rule is :   Wait for my confirm of first payment before you send the second one.

Fourth rule  is : my fees are 1% plus 0.0005 btc for tx fees.

Fifth rule is : payments to this address in my profile

Here is an example of a recent escrow  some miners were sold for 0.6 btc

so fee was 0.006 +0.0005 = 0.0065

item payment = 0.6

Item was shipped  and I paid seller from my coinbase account once buyer received it.

Most escrow that I have done has been miner sales.  Asic and or GPU
