Thanks for the reference link, it’s much helpful. I am looking for a different perspective and for that research I want a data in structured format thus it would be nice to study single elements from various strategies. I want to study the correlation of elements of one strategy with that of another and for this I am expecting responses in structured data which would make it easier to study to anyone who is interested in such kind of research. This is sort of survey but in different form.

Your trading pairs: my trading pairs are not fixed every time to tell you about but instead I trade what is good at that particular time. for example a couple of weeks ago it was XMR, it is still on my back log but I have moved to Litecoin now.

exchanges: I use Bittrex

buying strategy, holding and selling strategy: buy low and sell high and hodl on the exchanger

Do you use bots: not that much but I am developing something.

I don't understand the question
if you mean watching the market I do it with stop losses and my bot.
and if you mean my own open orders again with my bot.

how many times I trade or how much I trade has nothing to do with how much profit or loss I experience. I only trade when I feel like there is an opportunity to make a profit.

Every trader acquire his own strategy after many losses , and I think everyone should lose to learn new lessons , for me , I depend on buy low and sell high strategy , but you need to follow last news and updates of the traded coins , therefore I visit announcements board several times a day , I use C-cex and Poloniex at most , but sure I have accounts in all major exchanges.
In regards to bots , I don't use it as I do not like fast trading , whereas I would rather to hold my coins until the price bump , then I will sell them .

And why I must believing my amount with bots if I can do it with my hand? troll box just very disturbing for me just seeing about my capital before doing a trading will increase or decrease.

My simple and effective also very quick way of trading strategy must be trading across exchanges. This will not guarantee for any daily profits but I may not have to wait long to make profits with this strategy.

If you are a close watcher of any particular trading pair, you could find out price differences across exchanges, buy in one exchange and then sell other exchange. We will be able to book quick profits by following this strategy. It is a well tested and working one.

Since there are already lots of trading advices here and will be posted here I will just point out to this questions of yours.

Do opinions from trollbox affect people's trading strategy? It will depend on the trader's view about the said troll comments. Sometimes a troll suggestion and advices has some strong basis. Sometimes it's just a troll since in the first place there are lots of trolls. It's not mistake to take them as your guide because after all you are the one who will decide in the end. Just point out their basis and start analyzing it.


How do you see at profits or loss? Do you trade more when you make profits or loss? It depends on the current trend around the given price. When there are price surge that's happening, remember to study all the factors why the price surge that much. If you think your analyzation is right, considering you listen too for other's view, then you can make an execution now to your lovely coins. Same goes when there is a continous price decrease due to panic dump.

Yes , i use bots frequently especially buying ,selling sometimes that depends on altcoin movement and pricing .bots actually good for both short term and long term waits as you plave your orders on the list.

No ,its just a trollbox for me ,whatever they say i don't follow or confuse on ,i follow my instinct and i have research for any altcoins that i invested .sometimes i just don't see the trollbox chats ,i am focus on what my trades are.

My profits are going to roll on ,if i have big profit enough just keep some then roll again and find other coins.
Losses are just knowledge for my mistakes or learning from it not to do that way again .i trade again don't quit its not matter of luck its a matter of skills ang attitude.

Everybody knows you buy low and sell high. The question is, which coin should you buy and how long should you hold.

My ans:

1. Trade coins that have been in the market for at least a month, for a beginner, make sure the market cap is at least $300 000.
2. Check the daily price of the coin to see how it's doing i.e a price pattern.

3. Pick coin(s) with a price pattern that shows regular demand.

4. Once you made your choice, buy the coin when the price falls.

5. CHECK THE PRICE DAILY for an update in fluctuation. Sell when the price is high enough for you.

No need to hold too long, you can make profit in another alt.

trading doesn't need any complicated strategies,just follow the current trends whether it's buy or sell,be sure to check about news for the following coin and wishing you will have a good luck,that's enough,though whether you're making profit or not is about luck

Seems a working strategy still, I guess you need to wait infinitely to catch those gaps across exchanges. Moreover some altcoins are not being traded on every exchanges or at least on my preferred exchanges, so I may get only very few options to trade as per your strategy.

I prefer marginal trading above exchanging and buying low and selling high, because I like shorting on better leverage when probability of making much more with an altcoin are there... It gives 2.5x leverage on our total btc in poloniex as I used their services and made good on my investment...
But one more thing, that's the most riskiest thing against buy low sell high, so if you are not comfortable with it, don't even try it...

i will to give my answer, and here it is:

1. i don't use bots, because i don't have bitcoin to buy that bots. if i have bitcoin to buy, then i will buy the bots.

2. i don't know about this, because i don't have that bots, so maybe i will pass this.

3. i don't care for trollbox, i make trading without any news from trollbox, better i find it for myself and make my trading with my own risk.

4. i can see profit if there is a different range in order sell and order buy. if i got profits or loss, and my order is filled, then if i feel that i can continue trade with that coins, then i will trade more and more, until i feel its enough for me.

Simple strategy, first of all, get information about this coin which you like to buy, than buy it and only when you should buy when its price down, and hold it, and check its price on daily basis. Otherwise it is awful to you, if you hold it and not check what is going on in trading than how you can make profit. And be aware what people said about this coin, and main point is that don't lose the right time when your coin is on high price, control your greedy and sell it because if you miss right chance than its mean you get lose and wait for a long time, may be the good chance never come back again.

My favorite tradng pair is EUR/USD.well buying and selling strategy I never invest not more than 5% of my total investment.Also I am waiting for the right time.I never hanging my trade not more than a day.Before trade I determined how much lose I can effort.Using this strategies I gained profit last six month.I know if in case I lose my 5% I can recover it quick but lose big its very hard to recover.I used 1:100 leverage I think this best leverage ever because this leverage stop you big volume trade.thanks

My trading strategy is only in short time so trading in big volume transaction, i'm using bittrex and poloniex sometimes c-cex and yobit for arbitrage, trading altcoin and trading with 0.2-0.5 as capital, i never pay attention to trollbox just believe in what i have choose and little bit patient to wait my sell order or buy order succeed

my strategy starts from searching about the coins that i want to invest in (since i am investing in altcoin trading most of all) after i find a good potential for profit i then go to my exchange site and start looking at the charts.
i am not particularly good at technical analysis but i have gained some knowledge over the time. and i use that to make the best decision that i can.

Yes, everyone has a different strategy to gain advantage in trade. When I first started trading I deposited for trading in small quantities. Because my friend tell me if the early start perdagngan start of keil figures for trade at the beginning of it is learning to recognize trade. I immediately sold when I get enough profit and I do not dare to resist for a long time because I think it's very risky.
