https://blockchain.info/charts/blocks-size
Around 80GB.

You can always use https://blockchain.info/pushtx or https://coinb.in/#broadcast to broadcast a transaction.

BTW the blocks aren't getting any bigger.  The blockchain is.

Trusted an exchange that climbed to the top 3 in just under 2 years with your money? you are fucking stupid.

If you don't want to download the whole blockchain then you can activate prune-mode : https://bitcoin.org/en/release/v0.12.0#wallet-pruning , as for the size you could check it here : https://blockchain.info/charts/blocks-size (~80GB at the moment) .
I don't have much knowledge about raw transactions but you should be able to according to this answer (steps included) : http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/16751/can-you-send-bitcoins-from-bitcoin-qt-without-downloading-the-whole-blockchain

You'll still have to download the whole blockchain with pruning afaik.  It's just that you don't need to store the blockchain in your pc.
Also I'm sure OP already got past the raw transaction part.

You have to be synced past the point where the input you reference has been confirmed. Otherwise it will not broadcast because the transaction fails validation by the node.

Yeah, I misunderstood what they were saying.  I thought they were saying they had to be completely caught up.
