Had a purchase of a 50$ coupon that didnt work out, didnt receive an email.
Received an email from selly that the transaction was somehow "slow" processed (was confimed within a few sec...) and now you are out of stock. I should ask you for a refund or another coupon.

Do you get copies of their receipts wrt who got which codes and what are the order IDs? May can solve from your side
