Hi, my name is Oleksii, CryptoCarbon wallet support lead, and I'm here to explain you what have happened.
Exchange order has been created on 2016-11-30 07:28, price at the time was: 0.0014 BTC per 1.00 CC.
That price was fixed for that particular order for an hour, till 2016-11-30 08:28. In that hour, our system didn't notice any payments, so the price fix lock was elevated.
Later on as CC project moved on closer to full production, and BTC price changed along the way, exchange price has been changed to: 0.0043 BTC per 1.00 CC.
Then, on 2016-12-23 12:48 our system noticed the payment(23 days later, there was some problems that is already fixed) with tx https://blockchain.info/tx/4f94e9d1269c530ea690053a1f8b2e540b049438d8c9fd39bc433a1ebfb1b743 in an amount of 0.0014 BTC, which is less than order total at the time of notice, and that is what UI is showing.

Thanks for your understanding! Payment monitoring system is fixed now, and order closed and processed releasing 1.00 CC.
