Board Won't Send Password Reset Request To My Email

I have an account we use on this forum for business use (rather than personal use), but I cannot reset the password because the email never arrives.

I know the account username and email, only not the password.

Could a mod please PM me so we can get access to our account?

What mail provider do you use? Have you checked your spam?

Please don't try to reset your account with the secret question or you will be locked out of the account forever.I'd suggest wait for a few hours and try resetting through email again.As knightdk suggested,do check your spam folders.
