A quick question: Are there any requirements, both in competence and time?

For example: do your moderators have to be fluent in english, knowledgable about bitcoin, give you their dox,...
And, how much time to you want your moderators to spend on your forum? Is it a couple hours a day, or is it a fulltime job?

Also, is there a difference in wage between moderators and super moderators?

Sorry about the questions, but being clear about these things might diminish the ammount of low quality PM's asking trivial questions over and over again.

 I would like to apply for a position as either moderator or super which ever one I would be appropriate for.
 I would think that super would have to be available more online then a moderator would.
 Am I correct in this assumption?

 My one concern would be are the $200 being paid in bitcoin and will they be in escrow until the work has been done and payments are ready to be sent out?

also, could you put the salary in escrower? it's just for make sure people who joined get paid

You should put in some sort of requirements such as whether or not the mods must have past experiences, and are trusted. Personally I'd choose a trusted and experienced mod over the opposite.

It would be good if you use an escrow, because being a newbie it is not very trustworthy you even got the funds for 1 person.
