I wanted to try to solo mine and it does not work..
wallet server mode is setup, conf file is setup.
but my miner keeps on sending me a 500 internal server error..

POS 100% will be reduced after 3 months to 25%.

Why this isn't hardcoded?
When we should expect the fork?

It was my plan to decrease POS from 100% to 25% after three months.
It is not hardcoded in source, because it can create space for community vote.

I will let community vote on upcoming POS block reward. Poll will be available soon.
No need to hurry on fork. (it will come after voting)
