I can do this for 150$ USD in bitcoin, let me know if interested. After being paid I'll start the process which might take me 12 hours since I've to setup everything.

or in other words, follow a guide: https://github.com/litecoin-project/litecoin/blob/master-0.10/doc/build-unix.md

divide that by 10 and maybe we'll talk. Seriously, this is not a 12 hour process, it is a 10 minute process. You are not coding it yourself, all you are doing is building it from the source.
