Paypal Stealth Wanted - Advice for Non U.S. Non Ebay PP stealth.

About 10 years ago I got my paypal act limited. I don’t want to re-instate, I want a paypal stealth account.
Not for ebay & Not for large transactions. Probably need to receive about $50 per month.
So I need a simple Non US act in a country that doesn't require VBA e.g. Germany/Malaysia as I can do it with a VCC only.

So far I have found A paypal VCC for $10 & a ready set up paypal act already VCC for $25 but that seller wants $10 each month for a German VPS. ( I don’t want to be tied in). 

I’ve been told  I need a VPS & 1 that tracks cookies.
Could u/someone please explain the whole cookies tracking issue? Why is this necessary?
How do I get a VPS that tracks cookies?
Could I use Amazon’s Free AWS with a German Private proxy?

So I’m looking for a reliable cheaper Paypal VCC
& More advise on setting up a non ebay non US Non VBA PP stealth.

You can try coinizy for vcc u get it in only 2$ actually the CCC price is .50$ but u must have almost 2$ in it will paypal need 2 little amount for verification
And you don't need to buy the account you can easily make your own by using thisthis vcc

cookies are just session information stored in your browser, any browser will do. If you install a portable browser you can transfer that between computers along with its cookies. As you build up your history and cookies with PayPal your account becomes more safe/secure, looks trust worthy in Paypal's eyes.

VPN does not have anything to do with cookies,  it just changes your IP to look like you are coming from Germany if its a german vps.

VPS is would be like having access to an entire new computer you remotely log onto, but it is the browser that handles these cookies.

Yes you could you Amazon EC2 and a german private proxy just fine, setup a portable firefox and then back it up once and a while in case you ever need to switch servers your PP account will still be fine.

Just don't link anything to your old account, new address, IP, email, cc, phone number, new browser/profile.

Selling on ebay is a little bit tricky because there are not standard measure on this two platform (ebay/paypal) .

So, you need to be tricky to catch a rat! right?

Selling on ebay => you'll need two thing's (stealth ebay account & paypal account)

This permit you to have atleast 2-3 account & have something to depend whenever, you are having issue with any of these account.

You can get vcc from advcash. Which are cheap & the site are user-friendly even to a blindman.
You can also get multiple ip's for rotation when handling multiple ebay & paypal account but, you will need to be careful with paypal when using private ip's.

You'll require few technique in order to be able to use PIA, but, it's working on ebay & it's one of the cheapest out there with possibilty of getting different ip's in USA,CA,UK,Belgium,Germany,Italy....ecc
