I dont see nothing bad with the pow reward structure, in fact i see it quite funny, really original the two blocks with 1 reward every change of pow reward scheme, in this way all people know the next phase is going to begin, or your complain is about the last phase get 10 per block instead of 12.5?  diversity is good not all have to be the same
