I am pretty much sure that he want to take this loan just for gambling.And this is a newbie account and if he doesnt return the loan nothing will effect him because even a negative trust to this account wont cause him any damage.Better to ask loan from your real account.

Selling an item you do not have is not smart. How much is in your wallet? You can gamble to get the 0.001 with it, just like you gambled in this sale.

There are very sick people out there who have mental diseases where they get high off of stealing.  I believe we have been the victim of a diseased individual, we can do nothing but hope for their speedy recovery.
