出于国家资产安全的考虑，如果算力大部分都控制在中国人手中，这是极为不明智的。
因此以太坊从一开始，就设置了算力炸弹，把这个隐患给爆破掉。

你表面上看到的是抛弃pow，实际上是边缘化中国人。
