So it looks like it won't meet its goal: https://www.bitcoinstore.com/.

What will happen? Will Bitcoin Store mark up all its items? Will it close permanently?

Won't the prices be going up? I doubt that a website making 450k sales in a quarter is going anywhere. I hope that it has a chance to make a quota next quarter to bring it back to competitive prices.

Despite all of my criticism of Bitcoin (Satoshi is Ponzi) and services (scam, incompetence) built around it, it would be a pity if a service like this goes out of business.

I guess I am still a tree hugging liberal at heart.

They've updated the counter. It's still the same amount of money. Looks like they worked out an extension with the supplier.
