I need to announce a new tor service for bitcoin users. I think if I make a new topic with a tor url I get banned from the forum. How can I make the announcement please without pro blems?

The service will first be just for testnet. If there is demand then the prodnet will be enabled.

Link to another website with full text from the announcement?  And then from there you can link to tor.
