Problem is, The time BFL are taking to ship, Escrow would be a must, But it might be a long hold and BTC price is fluctuating so much.

At the moment People are asking for 100% to 200% premium, But around 10%-50% is more realistic.

At first people was scrambling to grab an early order, Now it seams people are cashing out of a possible gamble.

Just my thoughts.

The thing I never see mentioned in these pre-order resale deals is: What happens if the product never ships?

IMO, the risk should absolutely be transferred to the buyer.  They are buying the risk, as well as the reward, but people never seem to mention it.

I see the pre orders being sold on eBay as well. They state the buyer assumes all risk of the product never being released.

You can also get a good idea and gauge the value of your pre order from there.

One thing I have noticed is items on eBay tend to go for a little more than items on here.

Yes, here's how I currently imagine it would go: You buy the preorder from me,put btc into escrow, I point bfl to you adress and email, they confirm  the change, I get paid.
