I am selling a portion (3 BTCs-worth) of my CoinHoarder (CH) Avalon Group Shares. See original GroupBuy thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=157930.0

Each share represents 1 BTC-paid worth. 7 4-modules Batch #3 Avalon's were ordered and paid for in this group buy.

Given the many PM's regarding bidding and my inability to check PM's frequently I have started this thread for transparency. The auction will end on 4/2/13 @ 10PM EST.

3 shares are up for bid. The highest bid is currently 1.7x my paid price (1.7 BTC for each 'share'), held by cryptojournal. Others have bid 1.7, but crypto was the first to offer that. Please bid in increments of 0.1 or greater. Shares must be purchased in increments of 1. (ie - no half shares please).

Syntax for bidding: x @ y means x shares at a price of y BTC each.

Once the bidding closes, the winner(s) will pay address 1MUSpdcyLhP6WXD2ZvxFEuQtfVnYUakr1h; after 6 confirmations I will post in the original thread as per CoinHoarder's guidelines authorizing transfer of shares.

All sales are final, once the transfer is made dividends will be paid as per coinhoarder.

I reserve the right to end or cancel this auction if CoinHoarder decides to disallow transfer of shares.

Please post/PM with any questions

High Bid from PMs at start: 3 @ 1.7 by cyrptojournal.

I stand by my offer. I don't think I will participate in a bid war for a 3 BTC share.

Fire away, guys.

I was hoping to accomplish this without an auction thread, but I can't man the PMs to make it fair. Yeah, only 3 shares, since I still want a piece in the group buy!

Before people hive this thread like crazy, I think it should be mentioned that only people that already invested in the Group Buy are allowed to purchase eachothers shares for now, right?

Quote from: CoinHoarder
Third, I am willing to commit to a temporary solution to allow the buying and selling of ownership interest at this time. I will allow you guys to transfer/sell/buy shares to whomever you want... people in the group or out of the group, either one. I don't feel like it is fair to say you MUST sell your shares to people already in the group... if someone is offering you 3x what someone in the group will, by all means.. sell your shares to the highest bidder. I have the right to suspend the selling and buying of ownership interests at any time, as this was never covered in the original investment offer, I am only trying to accommodate you guys.

Ya'll must take care of all negotiating and transactions yourselves. To avoid people blaming me for transaction errors, all sales of ownership interest MUST be posted as a reply in this thread. The post to inform the group that you have sold your shares should be similar to the following format: I sold 1 BTC of my interest to <insert name> who would like to receive his dividends at <insert bitcoin address>. The amount of shares you're selling must be in BTC.

Ownership transactions are non reversible, so make sure you get paid first. I highly recommend you change your password on the forums to something secure, and something that you don't use on any other sites. I will not be held responsible for your account getting hacked and someone selling your shares to themselves.

According to CoinHoarder's post in the original thread (quoted above), anyone is able to purchase shares regardless if they are already own shares. This is also a tiny auction interms of BTC value compared with most others. Fun for us 'litte guys'!

You are right guys. Sorry. I misread his post. Sorry for the inconvenience.

As of this point I am still weighing my odds and also waiting for replies of the other people that stated they wanted to sell shares. Not sure yet if I want to risk the 1,9.

Locustus has asked to withdraw his bid. I have agreed to withdraw and confirmed with mrbrt that he is in for 3@1.8x.

Please verify you have sufficient funds and are willing to pay when the auction closes.

Hehe Smiley

Naw.. I just think this will be a good investment, because BFL can't find their way out of a paper bag much less release a finished product. I bet they are AT LEAST a month out, if not 2 or 3 months, from delivering a final product.

I wish I had more BTC at the time I started the group buy so I wouldn't have to pay almost double per share, but I think it is still a fair price judging by the numbers.

we are all wishing we invested more. Given all the hiccups all the other companies are having a high estimate for difficulty in 4-6 months is 5-6x. Even at 5-6x each share still mines 0.5 coins/month - 6 months from now!

Just need some coin for other investments at the moment.

Current High Bids:
Coinhoarder: 1 @ 1.9x
mrbrt: 2 @ 1.8x

Must bid at least 1.9x for 2 shares or 2.0x for 3.

Bidding will end in ~8 hours!

I have received a bid via PM from Gredo (newbie jail).

The earliest 1.9x bid will take priority and I do not think it is fair to allow a 2.0x bid on a specific share? But open to the communities thoughts.

Thus,

High Bids:

Gredo: 2 @ 1.9x (not sure how to handle his specific 2.0x bid)
CoinHoarder: 1@1.9x

1 Hour remains.
