In order to get some help from the forum, you should answer following questions: 1) what is your electricity rate 2) what is your startup capital 3) do you have adequate space (airco, shelves, power outlets,...) 4) what is your technical background (do you know the ins and outs of bitcoin, the network, the protocol, do you know how to setup a GPU rig, have you mined before,...) 5) do you already have some hardware laying around (ASIC's, GPU's,...)

all types miming are useless and not much profitable at the present time . so i think mining is not a option to earn bitcoin . all the mining sites are only ponzi scheme with cloud mining . and hardware mining is not profitable . so keep away this idea of earning btc from your mind .

All types is an exaggeration, altcoins like Ether can be profitable for most, but this is the bitcoin section and I won't go much into that. Cloudmining is indeed never a good idea; if you can't mine yourself, don't expect someone to happily hand you hashrate unless you're buying hosted hardware from a trustable person with good trust. Even then there will be scammers. We need to know your cooling and electric costs first to even be able to take a guess of how you could mine; one thing I will say, however, is that if your electrical costs are above 0.1$/kwh, you will not profit or only get close to ROI. Once you do provide us with this kind of information, though, we won't really be able to answer well and most answers will be vague.

There's also costs related to shipping, installation and maintenance. Choosing a miner has a lot to do with what's available close to you. The other main factors like you said is electricity, but also rising difficulty. Difficulty is impossible to control and very hard to predict, which makes mining risky.

Those who make profit from mining bitcoin have low electricity cost and started a while back - the most recent is 2015.
In 2016, bitcoin mining became increasingly unprofitable for new miners because it will take a long back to get back your capital.

Would I be in a good place to make money if I bought 84 antminer S7s and ran around 400 TH/s? I will be able to get the facility and the equipment.

Depends on a couple of factors: - how much did you pay for those 84 S7's (including PSU's) - what is your electricity rate - how much do you pay for the facility (maybe electricity is already included, but also racks/shelving, cooling, security,...) 84 S7's can be profitable if the rest of the numbers are good, but you might aswell lose money if those numbers are not that good...

Depends if you're willing to do all the upkeep that'd be required of miners. People don't realise how much needs to be done to keep miners up and running at full speed; you may want to check on them every few days or get someone to check on them for you. Ofc if you've already read this thread you'll probably know your electrical costs and such, electricity should not be a big issue. Otherwise, check back in with a few more details pertaining to that and we'll have a decent answer for you.

As it seems, you don't know anything about mining. As altcoinhosting said there are many factors in mining but main is electricity costs for profit. If you want to start mining with many antminers than you must grow your knowleadge by reading this forum's main threads and you will decide what to do, don't count on other's advice. Also antminer s9 is much better than s7 because of halving.

You need to know how much your electricity would be you can build a cpu miner but i don't think that it can mine perfectly with bitcoins and for best is ant miner s9 nowadays many people are using this it's high expensive a bit but it can really help you to mine bitcoin make sure that your electricity in your country are cheap so that you can really back what you spend.
