I think you need to run your own altcoin node/wallet in server and connect it with web script to send reward amount directly to users wallet. The other way is to pay them via yobit codes if those altcoin are listed in yobit. What's wrong with faucetbox? Its easy to run altcoin (those they support) faucet with their script .
