***Resolved on 4/7/13. Funds finally in MtGox 10 days after original purchase. Just kept staying up to date on the bitinstant support thread so they wouldn't forget about me.***


So the first time I used bitinstant to transfer funds to MtGox it worked perfectly and pretty much instantly.. This time around, not so much.

So Thursday evening I transfered some funds through bitinstant "ZipZap" to MtGox, and I received all the confirmation emails from bitinstant. But as of right now as I type this, my funds have still not been added to my MtGox account, and I'm really starting to get agitated. I sent MtGox an email Friday and have not heard back.

The confirmation I received from bitinstant is OrderID: 237a4342-ea13-4249-8406-5b98fbf1341c

Any help or insight is greatly appreciated!

I might have had a similar experience earlier today.  I think that there is some error occuring and you will need to manually enter a MtGox Code.  I've heard people saying that their Account Number changed recently, and I have a suspicion that it might be related to that...just a guess.

You said that you received the confirmation email.  Mine had a line starting "APIResult".  The string after that started as MTGOX-USD-a-bunch-more-characters.  I did a copy-pasta with that string into the MtGox code box and funds appeared.

Thanks for the advice. But that's the same advice I've gotten (only advice) and when I enter that code it says it's invalid or already used

Well today has been a bit strange.  I received a response from MtGox regarding my issue, but still haven't heard back from BitInstant.  Today was my first experience with BitInstant - mostly because I just wanted to see how the process worked - and it is probably my last.

For me there was just something much too uneasy feeling about all of it.

Yeah, my issue has been going on for a few days now and nothing has happened. The first time I used bitinstant it was actually instant and worked as advertised. This time, my money has disappeared. I will not be using them again

We are all dealing with the same problems. I used to mtxxxxxx code that one of the posters mentioned. My money was funded when I did that. I had another transaction that still has not gone through because I sent that directly to a bitcoin address instead of my mtgox. The email associated with that account is currently down so I cannot see the confirmation email to recover.

Yup having the same issue here, last thing my order says is

60f92b4e-ebf5-40a4-9743-0b772a1b0271   Order executed - funds deposited at remote exchange
sent 503 earlier and still no confirmation emails,responses etc.
