Many great currencies that the community was started by a newbie dev only. It doesn't matter whether he is a newbie or hero, it sounds only about the premine.

Everything is ICO because the exchanges know that the price will fall and its the best chance of them making money. Also when you mine coins you have the benefit of anonymity.

Make sure your wallet is unlocked and your coins will start POS mining after 12 hours, POS blocks mature anything from 12 hours to 12 days.
I would start POS mining after 3 or 4 days for good staking weight.
