Why a 5% house edge for your HI/Lo game? I understand if it's so faucet claimers have a harder chance at winning, but it seems you want people to deposit as well. I would only consider your site to gamble with faucet money. Depositing when site is new and is not even using SSL protocol is a no-no for me.
Also as DarkStar mentioned you have some abnormally high House Edge - industry standard is much lower than 5% no one will pick your site to play when other sites offers 1% HE.

As for the other questions. Lottery is mainly funded by free rolls. Every roll = free ticket. Free ticket boosts the lottery. I haven't bothered to add any ads to the pages yet. So far dice has funded it plus I set funds aside for it.

Realistically, they can't be matched just starting out. I'd rather not make a site that has to close in a month. They have a massive amount of users making deposits so they can offer higher rewards. At the price of bitcoin currently, these rewards are fair.

I'll comment on the lottery ticket fee too. It's at a higher cost right now because people are just taking the free ones. The lottery is based off the price of tickets. Since people are just taking the free ones I put a higher price on the tickets to make the lottery larger. Once there's a stronger user base I'll lower the cost because there's more chance of a user making a small deposit to buy a bunch.

It's not a clone. It uses the same style faucet/lottery and has dice.

I'll add it as soon as I'm given notice of the deposit. I'd expect at least the bonus amount total to be wagered. If you win, you win. I don't require you to lose before making a withdrawal.

I'll probably run it another couple days.

They present themselves as a nonce based system. This would indicate that the server seed should remain constant before you randomize it, otherwise the algo does not make sense.

They commit to a server seed and let you pick a client seed, that way they cannot pick a server seed that would be biased. The nonce increases automatically with each roll. When they player wants to verify, he can change the server seed and thereby reveal the old server seed in an unhashed form.
