First i would like to affirm and emphasize. I am the real user before July, and still am the real user. For those idling default trusts accounts, get on to prove i am not. Because i am able to provide signed messages with addresses way back. And for those who prefer to look at those 2 seemingly dead comments to me, because look at the post date and their last login date. Then don't bother posting your non-valuable comments. I trade with b!z on a regular basis, check with him if i am still using my same old paypal.

BTCWeekly, i am accepting amounts of up to USD$10,000(not in one payment). To simplify, i have $10,000 worth of bitcoins weekly to be traded for Payoneer or Paypal

Rates are as follows, NON-NEGOTIABLE(unless you are trusted, not by the system, but by me personally)
For trades with paypal, Paypal+15%(from you)=BTC(from me)
For trades with Payoneer, Payoneer+18%(from you)=BTC(from me)
For trades with BTC, Preev(from you)=Paypal, Alipay, Wechat Redpackets
For trades with WU, WU+5%(from you)=BTC(from me)
For trades with MG, MG+5%(from you)=BTC(from me)

Upon confirmation of payment, bitcoins will/shall be released within 3minutes. Escrow can be done at your cost. Trades involving Digital Currency starts at $25, whilst WU/MG starts at $100.

The process is dummy-proof as well, you send first, upon confirmation of payment, coins to be released as mentioned above. This is a bitcointalk exclusive deal, so please only contact me here.

Thank you.

I always understood for PayPal that digital goods including currency had no protection (either way) and could be subject to chargebacks and cancellations for both parties?
