Hello everyone I have a project that I can offer at least 5% profit on year guaranteed. Seeking first customers and or associates.

I know everyone looking miracle soluctions to get rich overnight .. but this is not, the most successful man earns 20% a year, so when the offer is large is more likely to be scam.

Its not a Scam. I research a lot about investment. I am working in new way of investment, and now i can give way at least 5% a year, its not a miracle, its actualy very simple. I am a honest person.
But i need help with site building, wich i dont  understand.

You should have known that this guy expects us to throw money at him but i dont want to be too forward also probably he should say it openly.

If you are seriously looking for a partner, you can post a thread on Sevices section here in the forum. Include all the details that a person need to know to have an idea if he can help. Of course you also need a capital because you need to pay for the person who will do the service.

I don't think any knowledge other than you posses required for your business model, what else are you looking for?

Other skills you need is programming, hosting, marketing. These services can't hired for just naming them as partners. so you need money to start, If you have enough to start then look for employees not partners.

But i feel something odd in your proposal, i would rather stay away from this than to take risk in involving with this project

This is not a common scam, this is worst.
