well, 2.10 dollar isn't a big amount. but paypal is highly untrusted nowadays... almost 80% deals with paypal got scammed because of Paypal's stupid refund policy..
I suggest you to exchange your paypal in some other way. you can buy a domain with paypal and sell that for bitcoin again or anything else.

I have the paypal account and name but it is german/dutch name and is no doubt fake and is only a secondary account to withdraw funds from.
If you want I can send it to you. Because seriously, I can't be bothered with this over $2.10

Oh thanks plz send me his paypal address I would love to complain about him to paypal even I can say that he is sending us some some fake emails and those email are linked to his paypal and he is trying to hack our system and after clicking his link on email our system automatically getting us some kind of window etc in short he try to hack my paypal and send the money in his paypal account without my permission enen I can send first 10$ to him after that complain to PayPal
