I am a bit confused by the recently passed motion. Are you no longer paying out any dividends? Why did the price just drop 50%, if the company is holding onto more funds, wouldn't that make the price go up?

Market is illiquid and irrational

Looking at the shareholders list it looks like one of the larger holders was willing to eat a loss to drop out at volume.
considering we just became active for trading, and the time of year it is, many reasons for someone wanting cash on hand exist.
I am not convinced the price drop is directly connected to the motion, outside of the shareholder waiting to dump until it was finalized so that their shares would count on the vote the way they wanted.
