if you have the wallet.dat backup with you ,someone who has a powerful computer could try to bruteforce with all the possible combination of passwords you might remember,the chances to get that back are very slim to none,there is a recovery service done by someone called dave i guess walletrecoveryservices.com ,Here is the article from coindesk regarding this


EDIT: is this really your bitcoin address,have seen many complaints regarding this specific address

OP probably received a phishing attempt , anyone accepting the wallet.dat he will send to you will probably get screwed.
This wallet has been mentioned in several threads before : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=402232 and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=402061 and a lot more. (from phishing email attempts) .
Other than that , unless you have the password then It's probably impossible to get the private keys. There is a solution which is cracking the password using brute-force attack but that won't work unless the password is very weak . (the wallet file + that address are probably not even associated because as I said It's a phishing attempt)

I can help.  Go ahead and send me the wallet via email along with whatever you know about the password.  I've got a program that will attempt to brute-fore the remaining unknown parts of the password.

Newbie registered in 2016 asking for help with an address that hasn't spent anything since 2013 with a decent amount.

Any update about your wallet if you already solve this issue..
If you have the backup for your wallet like wallet.dat or private key you can store it in your wallet again..
Do you still have an access to your wallet?
Also you can share what wallet you are using?
