just depending on my experience from a several time, I only can assuming they can get between 0.08 - 0.1 for a month, but for above or not it's just relied on with their pay rate. the clear answer it's can get it from the signature thread and try for making calculating.

I suggest to not focus on signature earnings. Because it just a penny compare to the knowledge about cryptocurrencies that might give you a huge profit once you become expert on it.

depends on your rank and post quality

but not every manager will accept you even if your rank meets the minimum requirements ,some managers have their own screening process

it allows you to see the account's average post quality (not a huge fan of the algorythm it uses,but it does give some rough estimate nonetheless) and average symbols per post,date of creation and the topics you have been posting in

I think full and Sr members on bitcointalk with signatures can earn good money. and these are more than what they effort to do.
it is enough to encourage newbies.
when I was not aware of bitcointalk my daily earning was only 1$ per hour. but now I can earn simply 2, to 3 dollars a day by just one hour work.

If you join a good rate signature campaign for full member you can earn 0.1 per month for senior member around 0.12, but who knows in the future the rate for signature campaign can raise, so you will earn more bitcoin from this forum

are you mean "can a jr member and ... join in same sig campaign"?
The answer is NO. You can't join by using 2 account in same sig campaign, if you got catched using 2 account in same sig campaign, you'll kicked out. (i believe some people still doing that)
