They used to pay before but Ixsaw some threads sayig that their support is not that good and heard some claimin that they no longer pay. If you want a similar service try crdht but I am not sure if they still pays.

yep. the ad payouts are erratic, although i did get my withdraw, after more than a month of being pending.

yes coin URL is a scam. they let you publish for many weeks and then do not pay.
