CoinMedia (best in my opinion)

but i'm interested to check new ones! I accept any recommendations and legit adversting networks!

75$ credit for advertising is good. are we free to look at the list of publishers on your network?  i was thinking where advertiser can just set up banners for the sites we just want. and is there a feature where you can set geolocation and maybe set up keywords as well?

Geolocation and keywords are already implemented.
The option wich allow advertisers to select the websites where they want's to advertise is on our "to do" list.
