I'm all for updates, but not when it looks like a completely different website. I like it when it gets a more modern look, but that's based on the old look. Similar to macrumors.
I love the blue background, that's easier on the eyes than all white. I like how as I write this, it's in a white box, but it surrounded by the lite blue, and the top is seperated from the body, divided by gray. There's just too much white, and the threads are seperated by white space. I don't know.
When are these changes going to hit?
