Now jio 4g has speed similar low plan wifi,if there is someone who havent brought till now ,then do not go for it.i am talking about jio sim .

Yes they can, you can search google and find many videos about it explaining how to do that.
It is easy to do it, but sometimes that "Get Jio Sim" link might not show up, you need to install everything first before you get that link.

The link does appear once a user downloads all the apps within the MyJio app. Only you need to disable your net connection when all the apps have been downloaded and then enable it again. Then you can generate as many bar codes you want.
