So I am very confused right now.

Due to my country and product restrictions, I don't want to accept payments via Paypal directly.

Is there any bitcoin payment gateway wherein the customer can pay using Credit Card and I get the same funds by Bitcoin? Can Coinbase be integrated that way?

Doesn't circle do this? I think they have a payment gateway that accepts credit cards, but i'm not 100% sure...

Mind mentioning the country ?

No legit services offer that integration. Why wouldn't you want to receive payments via the customer into bitcoins directly ? Or you can simply accept the credit card payments and buy bitcoins with it ?Don't rely on a 3rd party, way easy to get scammed.

I am in India.

There would be like <1% people in my niche that would probably even have a BTC wallet. Most of my customers are from USA though.

And again, as mentioned before, the product is borderline legal so some gateways can be a real pain in the ass.

Which is why if there is a gateway which pays me in BTC and accepts payment from customer via Card, it would be great.

I couldn't find any info on that. So far only see Coinbase has a gateway. But I am unsure if customers can pay using Card through their gateway.

You could potentially set up a nice tutorial on how to buy bitcoins using a credit card, and give 10% discount to whoever pays using crypto currency...
That way you could use 2 processors: 1 classical credit card processor, one crypto currency processor... If somebody uses the first one, he pays 10% extra, so you kinda push your customers to crypto currency without forcing them...

I know it's not exactly what you've asked, but i tried to think out of the box Wink

So let me get this straight.  You want someone else to take ALL the risk for you.  They take all the chargeback risk and they are on the hook for any issues related to the legality of you scheme.  Good luck with that.

You may not be a scammer but you sure sound like one,

If you are legit simply sell your product or service then buy Bitcoins on a legit exchange.  Easy.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

By your own admission your product has legitimacy issues.

No. The product is fine. The manufacturer has a paranoia about anyone selling it though. Have you heard of the term VeRo at ebay?

Neither Advcash, nor neteller has integration for shopify or opencart yet.

There isn't an easy way out. I have had a similar case in the past when I didn't have a paypal account. I used to teach my clients on how to buy bitcoins using localbitcoins and similar exchanges.

There isn't a good exchange or service for directly converting credit card payments to bitcoins without some leg work. But if your customers have the time and have business with you in the future, they will have to get verified on exchanges like Circle, or quickbtc (for Canadian residents).

Otherwise Localbitcoins is also fine for some of the other payment methods.
