He create coin for me,but with broken source (blocks problem),he say that i have  reserved rights to ask for a refund.After i recived coin i have paid 50% upfront for another coin.

I have not scammed the user but he have been impatient.
I promised to refund him but he said i should rather give him my account which i refused.
We have been communicating frequently and i have pleaded with him to give me some time but to no avail.
I have not scammed him and i cannot give him this account because i dont know his intentions.

All i can do here is to keep quiet but you certainly know that you are not doing the right thing based upon the nature of our contract and the life span of the coin that you need me to create.
