It cannot stand for long it's a bad strategy, employing a zero house edge, will get any gambling site out of business in just a matter of time, I have seen one gambling site having a zero-edge but I don't that's provably fair and gamblers will not easily trust gambling site  it, there could be manipulation that is going to happen if they continue to do that.

I knew this question would arise. This is paradoxical, but profit exists at zero EV. Because EV is considered with a balance that tends to infinity. And if the balance is limited to a specific number, but there is always a chance that it will end and the previous bet will not come out.
