Yes you are right, although skrill is reversible service there are not people who want trade with newbie users and there are not positive feedback. It is for safety there are many issue in scam accusations because of exchange bitcoin to reversible services payment processors ( skrill,paypal and neteller) i hope the OP understand about this problem.

To avoid any misunderstanding and to remove all doubt OP can simply accept the use of an escrow or sign a message with the $203 from his BTC wallet, that will make things easier for people to believe he might actually be able to trade with multiple users.
