bitcoin no paying tax any tax because bitcoin is not recognised by any government and i think we will be pay tax on bitcoin if bitcoin approve by any government and i think then they apply the tax on bitcoin.
that's like what i feel in my country, NO tax in bitcoin mining and trading, but the fee of withdraw is like tax in my country. the regulation for small bussines must pay fixed 1% from his total transaction, and exchanger at my country take 1% fee for each withdraw, it's seem like tax too :/ it's fine and fair if you were using their services and they must have calculate this as their income from running the service and keep in mind that exchanger company also having an office and employees, the company need to make profit to pay the needs and keep running the business if you feel unpleased just moving out,i guess there's many exchanger service which require you to pay fees lesser than 1%

Why would someone offer an exchanging service? Of course to earn money so there are fees. No one would establish a company like that, hire support staff, dev, and offer the service to you for free. If you'd want to avoid paying that little amount of fee, I suggest that you look for a buyer of bitcoins and sell your coins to him. That way, you'll get the exact amount that you expect. Nonetheless, that still isn't tax. That's just fees and there's still no tax for bitcoins in your country.

They cant really get tax from bitcoin because its not regulated by the government and hence they cant considered bitcoin because it cant be controlled by anyone thats why they didnt recognize it. Thats the goodness of bitcoin because we do have full control of our money without the notice of the government and they cant impose tax from us. yes, no one can control the price of bitcoins that's why it is hard to impose tax on bitcoins, one of the main reason was other countries are considering bitcoins as illegal, its a good thing that they can not add additional expenses to bitcoin user by adding tax on our transactions. but once that the government have recognize bitcoins, i'm sure tax will be added soon. If you abide by the laws of the country you live in you are obliged to pay taxes, whether you want that or not. Same with bitcoin, anything you make should be reported. There's nothing bad about it. On the contrary, the taxation in regards to bitcoin is quite lax in most jurisdictions.

In my country theres this exchange site where you can convert your btc to your local currency. And they are paying tax to our goverment and is following the rules like the banks so you have to submit a bunch of documents.
As of now most bitcoin related services don't pay tax because they are just a small business while some other big businesses pay tax because the government notice them.
So I think in the near future, We will all be taxed too. When bitcoin is fully adapt and recognized.

But the question is did we pay tax? The answer is no, however, in some local exchange they have a good income with the exchange rate and maybe not directly, we can already consider that as our tax.

Government already find the way to tax their citizen even before bitcoin exist. Every item we bought whether it is food or clothing, or luxurious things, government already have their cuts on it. So as bitcoin user, we are indirectly paying tax to the government every time we buy stuff with bitcoin or convert bitcoin to fiat currency and buy things with that currency. Though they aren't taxing us from our salaries with bitcoins.

So, for every transactions will be made through them will be taxed and it will be charged to us by the site. It will be forcing their customers to charge tax only if the government they are living in will tax their services.

I don't think that anyone could make a tax on bitcoin , the bitcoin is not owned by any government and it is something that they can not control exactly like the internet , so if there were any taxes to whom they are gonna go too , this is the reason that every investor think about investing in bitcoin , they are wearied about whether they have to pay tax or not will there be a law on bitcoin.
