Hi guys thought i would pop in and inform you guys on whats happening at AltEx .
Currently trading is growing and our user base is growing everyday.. A few guys have said to us that the trade volume is low , well yes it is , but we are just out of beta stage and for the volume to grow is that people have to use it .
Ok a little fact on AltEx ( just if people dont know), as we all know SKEL is a POS coin , some exchanges stake your coins , whether it be in there hot wallet, cold wallet or whatever wallets they have around and dont give anything to there userbase , basically sell them and keep the coin , yes we stake coins , but we pay that stake out to all users that have a balance on the exchange for that particular coin , yes we do take a small fee from it but that fee is placed into the apt payouts for holders of APT tokens, this helps in this case SKEL coin in too ways, some people cant have wallets running on there computers 24/7 for various reasons, so place them in your balance, some on the market and earn your % of the stake depending on the amount of coins you have sitting in your balance , the second way this helps is thru the APT token , with distribution , people that would normally not buy a cretain end up getting some in there balance , some might just sell them , but some might have a look at the coin info and decide to follow and invest in the coin , we do this with all POS coins, it helps strengthen the network for the coin also having a node online 24/7 .
I have spoken to our DEV , yes we have a permanent DEV , he works on the exchange everyday and is often in the chatbox answering questions from users , to add SKEL to our Dice game and Bones game , so you guys can have a little bet if thats what you are into ..

Forgive my worse than normall spelling this evening, its been another seriously draining day for us.
So the elephant in the room, the ongoing server hardware technical issues resulting in full lockups, this has now gotten to the point that were breating down our providers necks on every level, its not a satisfactory position to be in for us, with unreliable hardware, all our hardwork and effot will not be undone buy these poeple.
If nessesary we have contingency plans and will move to another host, but we also want to give our current providers and fair chance at resolving it, despite thorough investiagtions, the only thing we have ruled out definitavly is the software itself, leaving only a hardware issue.
So if you have been affected by the outages we can only appolagise and hope youll be around long enough to see us make a success of this.
Upcomming Features in order of Release with dates ill do my best to hit.
AMP Altex Media Platform (aka SteemIt) youve all heard about steemit, i myself have tryed it, and ive followed this uniuqe concept from the start, and whilst i accept its a fantasic platform, i do perseve some issues, and this is our attempt at it, and here is why we think its better

Vastly improved account management options, and much greater expansion flexability, with a change in approach the code is about 80% more efficent, many of you have already commented on the improved speed as the result of these pages have implications and performance improvements all around
Once again we can only appolagise for the problems the last few days, and we know it don't look what you would call stellar, but were clearly making progress and feedback is excellent all around so stick with us, and help us get to our goal.
