Karma Transfer To Counterparty Platform as KARMATOKEN

Dear KARMA holders,

After so many months of waiting for ANYONE to step forward and make ANY substantial development for KARMA. We now see the result. NO ONE DID.

Here is MY PROPOSAL to all scrypt based KARMA coin holders.

Please keep in mind that this is NOT compulsory. Taking part in this POLL is purely voluntary. If more active Karma holders are interested for the proposal's implementation than the number of active Karma holders who are not interested for it's implementation, then and ONLY THEN the proposal will be implemented.

Proposal For Karma Revamp And Issues Solutions

Karma's positive characteristics:

1. Karma is a very good coin name. Unforgettable and easily identifiable with.

2. There are LOYAL Karma community members that still believe in what the coin and its philosophy stands for.

3. There are trustworthy leaders (bitwho, scrypminer, ryannguyen, Delaforetnoire, CryptoTraderGuildGM-easteagle13 and other telegram members) that are still willing

to push Karma further.

4. The philosophy of "rewarding good" behind Karma is still valid.

5. There are communication channels that Karma community has built in the past that are still possible to tap to continue moving forward.

Karma Current Issues:

1. Too many coins being CONTINOUSLY issued through the never ending mining bug which will result in more than 92,000,000,000 coins projected.

2. Lack of essential back-end developments to be practical in crypto field uses.

3. Hardcoded limitation on sending amount to 99,999,999.

4. Incompatibility with some potential partners.

5. Too little accessibility to new users due to limited exchange listings.

6. Requires MONTHLY FINANCIAL support to maintain back-end servers and other related services like block explorers.

7. Lack of software developers.

8. Too many coins.

9. Other related issues.

PROPOSED SOLUTION BY EASTEAGLE13

1. We will issue a replacement token for the SCRYPT based Karma on COUNTERPARTY PLATFORM.

2. The replacement token will be called KARMATOKEN, to preserve its Karma essence.

3. The token will be either 92,000,000(ninety two millions), 9,200,000(nine million and two hundred thousands) or multiple of it, LOCKED TOKENS, depending on the consensus of anyone

who would be able to give their inputs about this particular issue.

4. The Karma holders will then send their Karma to a designated address and send an email to a designated contact email address with their "karma wallet signature"

and their COUNTERPARTY address to which the replacement KARMATOKEN will be sent back.

5. Being issued from COUNTERPARTY platform, a wide door of opportunities will open up for KARMA community.

    a. There will be a lot of crypto projects in which a COUNTERPARTY BASED KARMATOKEN will be compatible with.
    b. There is a built-in DECENTRALIZED exchange within the Counterparty platform, hence the MARKET will always be available in the MOST SECURED manner. Both
   in privacy and fund-loss matters.
   c. We can then request for partnership with other Counterparty based projects, like the emerging gaming platforms that are also Counterparty based.
    d. There are several MOBILE (Android, IOS, Windows) that can handle Counterparty based KARMATOKEN.
    e. The mining bug will stop.
    f. There will be no sending limitations.
    g. All back-end requirements for a healthy KARMATOKEN will be provided by many developers involved with Counterparty platforms, like API, BLOCKCHAIN
   EXPLORERS, wallets (desktop/mobile)
    h. KARMATOKEN wallets will then be able to handle many other COINS, TOKENS and ASSETS, like Bitcoin, XCP, BCY, STORJ and many others.
    i. Identifying the ADDRESS that owns KARMATOKEN will be easier and therefore, managing any crypto based project that may involve sending BONUSES and other
   perks will be easier too.
    j. Financial support needs to maintain servers and whatnot will be totally eliminated.
    k. It will be easier for FREELANCE(practically anyone who have the ability to do so) developers to INCLUDE KARMATOKEN into their projects with minimal
   interventions from anyone.
    l. Coins will be LIMITED and therefore would easily rise in value over-time.
    n. Issues with the wallet(system) will be handled by competent Counterparty development team.
    o. Counterparty is one of the most SOLID platform at the moment.

6. After the exchange, all scrypt based KARMA related services that are maintained will be turned OFF (MINING, BLOCK EXPLORER, NODES, ETC). KARMA will be replaced

by KARMATOKEN on all exchanges. New requests will be made to be listed on MORE exchanges than what we have at the moment.

7. Karma that has been successfully replaced will then be sent to the BURN ADDRESS.

8. The replacement period will be RUN for a FULL YEAR(starting from the approved date of commencement of implementation of this proposal, to give every KARMA holder

a chance to exchange their holdings.

9. After the FULL YEAR. Remaining KARMATOKEN from the official ISSUING ADDRESS, will be sent to a BURN ADDRESS too. Which will then ACTUALLY make the existing

KARMATOKEN lesser than the MAX quantity issued.

POSSIBLE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT FOR KARMATOKEN

1. We will take part on DIGITAL KICKSTARTER projects -
2. We will set aside a portion of Bitcoin periodical bonuses for humanitarian efforts(i.e. donations, relief, education sponsorship)
3. KARMATOKEN holders will have the chance to receive periodical Bitcoin bonus thru their Counterparty wallets using proof of ownership snap shot at a certain time.
4. Partnership with other Counterparty based projects.
5. There will be a form of governance which will be made within the first month AFTER the year of KARMA to KARMATOKEN exchange period.
6. We will extend loans to crypto traders thru the built in lending features of existing exchanges like POLONIEX.

MONTH 4- Every 10,000 KARMA will receive 0.7 KARMATOKEN
MONTH 5- Every 10,000 KARMA will receive 0.6 KARMATOKEN
MONTH 6- Every 10,000 KARMA will receive 0.5 KARMATOKEN
MONTH 7- Every 10,000 KARMA will receive 0.4 KARMATOKEN

THIS POLL WILL RUN FOR 30 days and will end on OCTOBER 31, 2016. Decision about the proposal will then be made immediately after that.

AFTER the voting, when the vote is POSITIVE towards implementation, we will then discuss MORE DETAILS about it.
