I got pissed since i had lost a big ammount into gambling websites, being the main loss at forex, the lesson were never invest something you can regret to had used. I do gamble nowadays but with low ammounts.

I've learned a lot of lessons from gambling after I have lost around 0.006 to 0.01 when i was new to gambling as well as in bitcoin and of course as a newbie I already consider 0.01 or 0.006 a big lost . and the primary lessons I've learned from consequences are , do not engage with gambling if you are not ready to lose your money or if you are just aiming to double your money and do not gamble if you are having a doubt .

Good lesson to be learned. But you were lucky, 0.006-0.01 BTC isn't a big amount. Addicted gamblers are losing much more every day, I think they didn't learn any lesson with their losses hihihi.
You said the true, "do not engage with gambling if you are not ready to lose your money". And I would say, don't try to get back what you lost until the end of your bankroll. It's better to restart your game.

So obviously i am seeing more post saying that how to quit gambling for good, how to easily quit gambling, what are the other things should i do to forget gambling. but i doubt that the certain advises being said over and over again are being applied by those person so i am trying to switch the topic of telling instead the primary lessons that you learned after gambling that you can surely used in the future preference when you want to quit gambling.

the first lesson that everyone learns after gambling and it is the sour lesson is that you can not make money with gambling. specially if you are playing the games against the house, because the house always wins since they have to be the one earning money not you!

That's not a lesson but a prevention, you maybe are not enjoying in gambling anymore and when you do not want to gamble that means you have a very bad experience and it normally happen because you do not follow the advise of the many which is to gamble what you can afford to lose.

the biggest lesson of all is money management. the fact that you should never take risks with money that you are not willing to lose and these risks can be risks of gambling or even risks of an investment. keep the money if you can't afford the risks.

Your lesson 1 is pretty much effective, if pissed, either go out or stay calm and compose your self before betting again. I always do that, I even stop gambling when I am not in good mood anymore I am not feeling well. But, with your second lesson, I have a hard time doing that when I am still a gambler. I always end up either losing my bankroll or be satisfied with my win.

Yes, the second method is very important for all gamblers. If we have self-control then only we can save some money in Gambling. My first lesson doesn't expect returns from slot games. honestly, that is what i do when first doing gambling especially in dice. when almost lose all money, so i YOLO bet all chip that i still have and finish the game with lost then regret it. i think that happen to everyone who gambling for first time
