The only way those numbers would make sense is if Usagi voted using the usagi:BMF account (basically saying BMF thinks they are doing a good job with BMF)
Or by transferring shares from usagi:bmf to usagi, voting, then transferring back. Otherwise how do the shares trading just suddenly double, vote, then disappear?
Potentially the GLBSE system lagged and Usagi rapid clicked the vote button, getting multiples accepted.
I would have shrugged it off and just asumed unhappy people have already sold out, so they cant vote.
But when you have the admin of Stochastically.com mentioning funny business, probably worth a second look.
