Acquiring an MSDN account is not of the hardest tasks, acquiring takes a bit of back work. At most, you will spend 2-3 hours creating your first website to use in conjunction with the BizSpark Application. Once you get the hang of it, it should take less than 1 hour assuming you have prepped most things from the 1st round of this guide. You could be a NOVICE HTML user and still be able to do it. No HTML Knowledge required. The guide is condensed into 7 pages and offers support from outside sources and as well as me. Remember admins cost Approximately 150$-220$, with this guide you could make admins in less time(1-2 hour for the first, 1 hour less after you get the hang of it) + 5-7 day approval time. This means that your account on the first image was created on 1/30/2015 and the 2nd 10/2/2013.
These 2 accounts are very old.
So your proof is 2 very old accounts??
