I was able to connect to tcp 8677 on cryptominers.online via 'telnet cryptominers.online 8677' it appears open.

try it by IP, maybe a local DNS issue or firewall in the way?

Why not, It just started, let us give the devs some time. Nothing good was in a hurry. I would support the devs with some small donation. It is the same everywhere, you wnat something? you need to give something in advance.
