Some of you might have seen my thread in the gambling section - I arbitrage bet. Due to sportsbook limits, I can only place so much BTC on each event, and my personal risk tolerance on bets is 1 BTC for each arb I find. I still want to make profit off of these, so I'm looking for others willing to arbitrage bet, with a deal similar to this:

I give you the bets on skype or through BCT, asking if your online first so I know if you've made the bet. Once you bet, after the event settles, you split the profit with me 50/50 (If you make 20 mBTC from that bet, you give me 10 mBTC) or possibly less if you are willing/can place 2+ BTC on an arbitrage opportunity. Looking for people with at least 0.5BTC bankroll - most bets are along the 1% profit range, and anything less wouldn't be very good. If you have slightly less, we can talk. Interested? Send me a PM with your bankroll that your willing to place on a bet, with your skype or if you prefer getting them through PM.

Currently have a nice 2% one.

*Risks exist, like the sportsbook running away with funds. However, the risk of this is so small that I feel justified enough to use "risk free".

Arbitrage betting strategy will never get us any losses by any chance ? I am asking this, because OP did not mention anything about, on the event of losses. If a prediction goes wrong there will not be any sharing, right?

I don't predict events, simply tell you how you make guarantee a profit. If a prediction loses, your other bet will cover the loss and still make profit. If you somehow make a negative profit (at least one bet will always lose, but the other will cover it), I won't expect you to pay (not that I know how that could happen). Sports tips by themselves is too much for 50% profit split. If a prediction goes wrong, you still have to pay as I give 2/3 bets in the same market and you expect 1/2 to lose.

Arbitrage betting or in other words sure bets are bets with guaranteed win no matter what is the outcome.

I ve been doing this for several years. I use this tracker, it helps much to find them. Sometimes profit goes even up to 10%.

I know a buddy who used to do this in the past but it was with fiat and he would have
10-15 active books all with high balances so he when he noticed a bet he could play both
sides.

Would we need to have many books or would we just deposit with that book and place the
bet then cash out? Sorry for the long question just trying to determine if it's worth the time

Well if you do this yourself you need minimum 2 bookies. If you do it in a pair than each side make a bet in 1 bookie.

I find an arb, deposit, bet, and withdraw after. I never keep any balance on a book unless I know I will need it for an arb later, and don't want the hassle. So the answer is 0.

I think you need to keep loaded with money accounts on the most popular Bitcoin sportsbooks because opportunities for arbitrage betting don't last long and you need to act momentarily in order to jump on the good odds before they change and the opportunity to make a good % of profit is gone.
By the way at what time do you usually play your arbitrage bets like in the afternoon or in the evening because people might be outside during that time and I don't think that we could place such bets while on the move with a cellphone.
This method of cashing out deposit bonuses on fiat sportsbooks was very popular in the past. People would deposit money to new sportsbooks then cycle through the deposit bonus playing winning bets on one book and losing the corresponding opposite bets on the other then withdraw the bonus money and go to the next one. Rinse and repeat for easy cash without any risks involved.
