Does experience matter in gambling?

In my opinion, it does matter because you can use your experiences on the previous games you have played to win like what not to do and what to do, you learned everything from your winnings streaks and so are your loses

It is expected that the more experience we have the more we are matured in gambling, which means we will be able to make good decision because we will learn from our past mistakes, maturity is really important for me to last in gambling. Experience does not guarantee a win because it's really hard to win in gambling but at least that will make you focus on your goal and always stay in budget.

This type of entertainment is very costly if you do not know how to spend based on your limit so know the risk in the future and avoid it.

Not good if we always think that only luck can give us a chance to win, if most people are thinking that way then they would not bother making strategy to win, we need to ensure we have the advantage on what we are playing so that we have a good chance of winning. I believe in luck but I don't rely on it, I have to be smart and use my experience wisely in order to win in gambling, and both really matters to me.

If you take gambling activities like poker or sports betting, it's quite possible to find newbies who are batter than seasoned gamblers. This is the first time that I've read this thing but it seems legit and logically if we'll try to understand it. And this makes sense that experience and luck works better altogether, it's not enough just to be lucky. Fortune is more of experience and also luck. Well, even in life there is a factor called luck, for example when you are just walking down the road and you are minding your own business and you just came across money that is just laying there on the ground, and that's called luck and that brings you a chance. So if you have luck by your side, you could be a winner in your games but still you cannot determine how lucky you are, just when you are already there that you'll know if you are lucky or not.

Yes everything in life had a factor of luck and risk. Have you ever heard of the role playing game dungeons and dragons? It uses a system based on luck and everything you do is done through rolling dice and the better you are at something the more your chance to succeed and less to fail just like in real life. Even something like catching a ball has a certain amount of risk that you drop it even if you have caught it 10000x before. It's all maths and the rules of odds and random.

I think very little effect of experience in gambling either sport or other. Because gambling, luck always a major factor as well as gambler mostly greedy mentality. Despite having lost alot because greed, they will not learn from that experience.

Well gambling may bring in greed, but experience definetely helps somewhere or the other in gambling aswell. For example sometimes you may be continuously losing still playing, and ended up losing  big time, so if this kind of situation arises further in future, you can very well remind yourself of what happened earlier and correct it in time being.

Also, some games may be good for you i.e. you tend to win in those games more often, lets say poker, so you can mostly try the same game and that will defientely be helpfull in winning because you have a good record of this certain game. Experience just helps you to tackle the situation, taking right decisions at right time and the game which you can lose from your mismanagement can turn into a win. The real thing that really matters in gambling is luck not the experience because experienced people do often lose games from the gamblers who are in their beginning stages. But the chances of winning for the experienced gambler are more than inexperienced one.
