Does experience matter in gambling?

I think it does. Experience = patience

I do not why or how patience is connected to experience in terms of gambling, but all I know is that gambling is all about luck, not patience nor hard work. It may have a slight touch of knowledge and skill but all in all, it all depends on the gambler's luck. I don't think that experience  matter on gambling since it is not like being a teacher where experience is great.

Probably patient here is patience in making decisions, being patient in placing bets. With experience you can be more patient and if you are more patient then you can control your emotions better. That makes sense to me, we can not rely on experience to win, but for other things like self-control, experience can determine outcomes.
 

Where people keeps on saying that experience, skills and mathematics etcetera don't counts in gambling, it is only and only about the luck then how come we could say that patience could work? Patience to not to lose all at the same time or not to win all?
It seems kinda hypocritical statement when we say it's all a luck game and on the other side we state the involvement of experience as well.

I think it counts and it is a factor for gambling because you could know what you are going to do and practice the skills that you have learned that comes with experience. There is definitely something that you could do to increase your luck and chances and that is by playing your strategies and focusing on the task

There is unfortunately no such thing in gambling. Either you are lucky or you are not. You can self proclaimed that you have skills in gambling but thats just end of the story if you are unlucky

Yes l think exoerience matter in gambling because it is a help to win the game. You can have the idea what strategy to make to win the game. God of gamblers used to study for the strategy in gambling for them to win the game. I saw it because my father was a  God of gamblers. He has to win the game so he try his best to study how to gamble and win.He practice always until he made it perfect. No gamblers want to lose, so it's good to a gambler to have an idea before he goes to a gambling site.

When the game is based on pure luck, experience does not matter that much because all is based on pure luck - you can do some delaying of losing it all though by creating more sessions and do some calculations but there is no much of a guarantee because from the fact that everything is based on pure luck.

Exactly! Experience is of no use when the facts come to luck. A gambling is pure luck dependent thing, so thinking about using an experience to win the game would be the big blunder from one’s side. Experience can also help you to control yourself when you are facing a downfall as you will be able to quit on the correct time. But I think calculations are of no use in all games of gambling except sports betting.

I have a little bit different opinion in this regard. Experience doesn’t matter in gambling because gambling is totally a luck based thing and experience has no importance in it. I f it’s true that experience does matter in gambling, then the experienced ones in gambling would have never lost any single game they play from the gamblers who are just in the beginning of their gambling career. But I do agree that experience builds patience in life. 

Gambling is basically the second name of luck; you can say an alternate of it. People think that gambler also apply some gambling tricks which are helpful to them when they have chances to fail.

I would like to salute such people because I don’t believe that some people have no common sense. Everyone has enough sense to think that if these gamblers were having such tricks, then would they be losing any game in gambling but they lose like other gamblers do.

You already got the point. Yes, with experience you will be able to recognize losing / winning patterns in the game. These are just hints ofcourse, you can never be 100% sure about that. To be honest, i think the advantages aren't that big though. It's only the risk to lose everything that gets a little smaller.

experience will teach us to become stronger in choosing the most ideal gambling game, our minds will focus on one or two types only and eliminate the mind for something less productive or low profit levels like dice and roulette.

Experience is important because expertise does not apply perfectly to something that is only half based on luck.

For example in craps there are like a hundred different bets and some of them are just terrible. Like you barely win if you win and the chances to win are very low. The highest paying bet (fire bet) in craps is actually the lowest winning percentage and the worst bet.

There only one thing matter in gambling and that is the lucky time where noone knows when it could happened.

I have never been too idealistic to always require experience before believing someone. I too once was inexperienced, and so I believed in me. If I did not believe in me, I would not get anywhere in this world. Even the greatest player in gambling was once inexperienced too. At some point you would need to start at something, hence being inexperienced should not stop you. Even so, let us not discount what experience can do. Just like most aspects in life, you get better with experience. It does matter but it is not conclusive.

It doesn't depends on luck only, if you think that it's no need for experience you are only playing those games that are mostly depending to luck. But if you'll stay on a casino and you are playing those mind games like poker and sports betting, you also need to have sometime to analyze the game and it's not only about luck but it's also depending on your strategy, way of thinking and decision making.

Sometimes skill is needed but dont forget that is not going to make us win. We will win with luck and that is all we need to have. In poker games for example , we can win without being lucky as long as we have some skill but when we are faced with a lucky person then it is obvious that we are going to lose the game

Skill can be used for card games, but no matter how good you are there's great risk.... Experience with gambling often lead people to bankruptcy in the long run... Learn repetition or bluffing for poker and other games as this will be a quality enhancement that'll be useful for all types of gambling.
