People should remember that the swaps themselves broke the contract thus scamming initial investors.
The contract does not allow for acting like a fund and having a stake in other companies.
The contract is structured such that DMC should have only made acquisitions that would support running a physical mining farm.

Yes, the swaps themselves were horrible and absolutely killed all value.
