Maybe you could get that loan,but you must have valid collateral which has 120% higher than your loan amount. For a newbie and asking a loan without collateral, you won't get any.

This an obviously scam and many newbie now requesting a loan without a valid collateral so how come that did this situation happened? Is he offer you a interesting collateral? And i did ask for $20 which is double to be paid back within 24 hours but he said that $15 +the bets was all he could afford.

He was online just to tell me to wait on his bets. Then he will pay.

So if he loses then I will not get anything.
I did not approve of this action.

I did go first to a serial skrill scammer that probably was the same person as the one I lost my skrill to back in May.
Before that I never lost any money from these scam jobs.
I have lost faith in mankind at this point if he doesn't pay when he shows up online.
They just borrow to gamble your money with then if they lose they don't care because it is not their money they are gambling with in the first place.
