Yup it's a bit of things to read but you have to to understand how it work

is it possible for somone to donate me 1 or 2 i was old that the program came with one but it didnt

i did not but i was told 1 came with the program why did i not start off with 1

Uh? No, why you should have 1 just by starting the program? No, the program has 0 bitcoins per se

If you want bitcoins either you mine (with a gpu) or you buy them, or you find someone giving you some for free (unlikely, since they are worth 20$ each, maybe some cents ^^)
